Pizza Night!

Friday, March 6th at 7pm

Join Marina Boldrini Rivelis at Fearless as she takes you step by step through the process of building the perfect pizza at home!

The evening will begin with the most important element: making a good dough, including  proper techniques for mixing, kneading, resting and baking. From then she will show you how to doctor up your toppings to get the most of them, including:

  • Making amazing caramelized onions that will also work for other food preparations
  • Seasoning arugula for the best tasting pizza
  • Making pesto from scratch
  • Roasting and seasoning veggies

Once you've finished the building blocks, together you'll make four types of pizza:

  • Caramelized red onion, pancetta, gorgonzola
  • Prosciutto and arugula with shaved parmigiano
  • Tomatoes, homemade pesto and burrata
  • Grilled veggie pizza (mushrooms, fennel, zucchini, onions, etc.) with feta cheese and black olives

Marina Boldrini Rivelis is from in Buenos Aires, Argentina with Italian and Spanish grandparents. She was raised in a family with a mother that pursued an outstanding career path and still found the time to make homemade meals every night! After moving to the USA, Marina followed her passion for food as an entrepreneur, starting Taste of Real Food. She is very serious about making people happy through food.
