Vegetarian Indian Cooking
Our popular Indian Cooking Series is back again with Lory Mishra of Low Simmer! On deck will be a vegetarian meal that is packed with flavor but easy enough for any weekenight meal. On the menu:
- Vegetable Dal (Indian Lentils)
- Sheet Pan Aloo Gobi (Cauliflower)
- Basmati Rice
Lory Mishra is 17+ year Chicago resident and originally from Orissa, in East India. Her cooking is inspired by two things: perfect ingredients like in-season vegetables and a desire to preserve her family's cooking traditions.
