Seafood Paella Night: Mussels Tapa, Paella, Lime Mousse
Friday, March 13th
Join Marina Boldrini Rivelis as she explores the tips and tricks for Seafood Paella. Along the way you'll learn to: make a tapa ("an appetizer or snack in Spanish cuisine and translates to small portion of any kind of Spanish cuisine") made of mussels; build an amazing paella with all the tricks and tips to have it at your table in 20 minutes; and create an easy-to-replicate dessert. Chef Marina will talk about how to modify rice, seasonings, broth and sofrito to your own taste, as well as how and where to find fresh ingredients to bring your paella to life. We'll round out the evening with a lime mousse for dessert.
