If you love oysters, this is the class for you! Chef John is going to talk about and - most importantly - show you how to OPEN oysters! In this interactive oyster demo we are going to learn about oysters, we’re going to open oysters and we are going to EAT oysters. You’ll learn how they are farmed, the difference between east coast and west coast oysters and how the various farming techniques affect the oysters physical characteristics and flavor profile. We’ll discuss different pairings and sauces and all things oysters. Come join us, it's sure to be a shucking good time!!

John now operates a boutique catering company and is always creating fun customized culinary experiences for his clients.
