Teen Knife Skills Class (Ages 13-17)

Get your teen ready for cooking dinner for you with this basic knife skills class. We'll begin by learnig about basic knife safety as well proper technique for storing, caring for and holding knives. Then we'll go through basic methods for slicing, chopping and dicing a variety of fruits and vegetables. After that we'll make some dip to accompany everything we've cut!
